A system of secondary resources exploitation in regions of Ukraine and their resource-production imbalances are considered. Classification of enterprises that operate on the market of secondary resources depending on the target and types of activity are proposed. Optimization of industrial infrastructure by certain types of waste (paper and cardboard, glass, polymeric raw materials etc.) is justified.
