Methodological principles for formation of prognoses of the region’s industrial production development have been enlightened. Attention is emphasized on the securing of optimal perspective management decisions, determination of main indices of industrial enterprises’ development: profit, costs, profitability of capital assets, volumes of products and services. Scenarios for construction of prognoses have been reviewed.
