Available natural-resources potential and material-technical base possibility of the recreation-tourism sphere in Ukrainian Black Sea Region have been considered. The strategies of the recreation-tourist sphere development on the region area have been analyzed. The strategic purpose of the recreation-tourist sphere development in Ukrainian Black Sea Region and primary tasks of its achievement have been determined.
