The basic tendencies of the globalization influence on the development of social and labour sphere and on the forming of human capital are outlined. The conceptual component of globalization processes, advantages and disadvantages of social and labour relations’ globalization and the influence of the tendencies of global economic space on the principles of labour management are analyzed. The role of transnationalization in the maintenance of employment and its influence on the labour productivity is presented. The dynamics of labour productivity increase and working population poverty decrease is shown. The differences in salary expenditures by the regions of the world are characterized. The main tendencies of development of labour market are emphasized.
