Notion of government control of bank infrastructure is considered on the basis of analysis of economic essence of such base concepts as: «adjusting», «government control», «government control of bank activity» and «government control of the banking system». The necessity of government control is stressed. The basic aspects of government influence on development of national bank infrastructure are investigated. The analysis of current bank legislation is conducted. The author’s suggestions over the improvement of government control of bank infrastructure development in Ukraine on the basis of improvement of current legislative documents and adoption of new ones are proposed.
