Analysis of historical pre-conditions of socially responsible relations development between business and society is carried out and the basic stages of strategic corporate philanthropy establishing in Ukraine are outlined. The role of social investing as a strategic instrument of social corporate responsibility principles realization in society is determined. Basic types of social investment and possibility of their implementation as economy socialization factors are defined. The basic factors of business, community, non-governmental organizations and government co-influence in light of civil society development in Ukraine are outlined. The range of business social activity forms of society and community is distinguished and described.
