Methodical recommendations for reasonable choice of social infrastructure development priority directions in Ukrainian regions are offered. The used methodical approach provides for the calculation of integral and integrated indicators of state, scale and dynamics of systems with the account of the entropy of features based on official statistics. Using the complex algorithm consisting of four stages, the objects of social infrastructure priority development for Kharkiv, Poltava and Sumy regions are defined.
