Resume

The importance of further investigation of the structure and solemnity of company’s motivational potential constituents is noted. The list of indexes which characterize the quantitative assessment of each component of motivational potential of enterprise is specified. The integral method of estimation of the assignment level of company’s motivational potential is evaluated on the basis of number of enterprises of Western Ukraine. An econometric model for the investigation of the impact of company’s motivational potential on the core indicators of its financial and business activity is proposed.
