Resume

On the basis of study and analysis of world and national experience of territorial-economic systems development planning the model of the program of economic security ensuring in the region is developed. Socio-economic development of region is considered as the basis of economic security forming. The factors of efficiency increase in the use of target-oriented approach at the regional level are defined. The requirements to the regional program of economic security ensuring in the region are developed.
