Resume

Definition of the regional market of educational services is given and its main features are shows. Complex estimation of regional markets of educational services in higher education sphere is conducted, that allowing: to determine the quality of educational services using in regions, to highlight regions with high potential for the development of education which can successfully compete with foreign universities to attract students from other countries, to find out how higher education in the region impact on economic growth, to characterize the efficiency of educational resources using in different regions of Ukraine. On the basis obtained results the problematic issues that need to be solved are identified, the recommendations for implementation regional policy measures of the development of educational services market in accordance with the needs of regions are developed.
