Resume

The main trends in the development of human capital in Ukraine and the specificity of its formation in the Volynsky region are considered. The educational component in the development of quality human capital of region is analyzed. Dynamic of changes in the formation of human capital are demonstrated by graphical method. The recommendations for improving the efficiency of its use and the elimination of the regional disproportions are proposed.
