Resume

The nature and characteristics of diversification, its main types are investigated. The problems of providing a flexible asset management as a prerequisite for strengthening the financial stability of a commercial bank are analyzed. Domestic practice regulation of banking assets is investigated and suggestions for its improvement are formulated.
