The problems of cyclicality of the world economy and the systemic crises caused by it that have a negative impact on economic growth and the level of final consumption are considered. The latent factors creating financial and structural imbalances in the economy set by the long-term megatehnological dynamics are outlined. The endogenous causes of the crisis of the Belarusian economy that have resonantly shown themselves in terms of global financial markets destabilization are examined.
