Chief Economist of the Department of trade operations of interstate relations and regulation of current foreign currency transactions of the Branch of Currency Regulation of the National Bank of Ukraine
The issues connected to the bills of exchange usage in the export-import calcualtions in foreign currency by national economic entities with their foreign partners are examined. The factors, which impede the bills of exchange usage, are analyzed.
