The article analyzes the state and trends of e-commerce market development in Ukraine. Within the framework of the research, retail sales in Ukraine were analyzed, including sales via the Internet. Currently retail is 13.9% in the structure of GDP, which is twice the capacity of the logistics market. In addition, the forecast of sales growth through sales channels – traditional retail vs Internet commerce – leads to an increase in the latter in the overall sales structure. The consumer electronics platform for e-commerce in Ukraine has been refined in terms of product categories, frequency of orders, delivery methods. The issue of delivery becomes even more urgent with the growth of e-commerce. Together with it, postal and courier services are growing: over the past five years, the turnover of postal and courier services in Kyiv has increased from 38% to 51% of the overall turnover structure in Ukraine. Today, among the most popular ways of delivery, there is a courier delivery and removal from the stores themselves. Consequently, based on the analysis, an assessment of the last mile's logistics market was formulated, conclusions were drawn regarding the prospects for the development of the e-commerce and logistics market of the last mile in Ukraine. It is noted that priority areas are the regulation of the legal issues of Internet commerce, the transition to alternative green supply sources and the further synchronization of automated systems for forecasting sales, especially in cross-border trade. According to the survey, among the consumers most in demand are such sites for the procurement of the Internet: marketplaces, hybrid supermarkets, price-aggregators. However, in the future, highly specialized stores will have advantages. This is due to the level of service they can provide to the consumer. At the same time, as large supermarkets can not meet individual requests.
