Application of classic conception of strategic expenses management becomes complicated during a global crisis, which is accompanied by the rapid and unpredictable change of external environment. An industrial enterprise is recommended to examine as a dynamic object, on the entrance of which the strategically predicted volumes of the finished products are given, and the cost of resources necessary for realization of strategy of enterprise turns out in output. Models of alternative states and neuron network refer to the stochastic methods of modelling and can be successfully used in forming of strategy of expenses management, as application of these methods allows to take into account the influence of factors of probabilistic character.
