Basic types and methods of authentification, which are used during the realization of Internet-transactions, are considered. Special attention is paid to failings in existing technologies of authentification. The basic criteria of construction of the improved authentification protocol as the mean of overcoming of the abovementioned failings in the Internet-payment systems based on bank cards are determined.
