The problem issues of corporate management principles substantiation in the conditions of financial globalization and the features of corporate customers‘ service are considered. Current state of corporate management principles realization in Ukraine is analyzed. The ways of creation of the developed institutional environment with the purpose of providing the realization of national principles of corporate customers’ service are determined.
