Business nets as a form of business organization is considered. The essential characteristics of these nets, as well as their advantages and disadvantages are described. The results of intellectual competitive game about the prospects for wider use of business nets in the tourism industry are outlined. It is shown that the creation of such nets provides significant competitive advantages to travel companies within their structure.
