Theoretical and practical approaches to research of influence of an external environment factors on activity of industrial enterprises are determined. The basic components of an environment, namely: economic, technical, political, social and demographic, cultural, ethical, and international and also the factors, which determine influence of the specified components on results of activity of the enterprises, are outlined. The basic threats of economic environment and and its influence on financial results of activity of business entities at a level of region are determined. The basic ways of overcoming the negative influence of external factors on the functioning environment of enterprises are presented.
