The level of development the corporate social responsibility of Lviv region is analyzed on the basis of the regional business survey. The degree of awareness of managers and entrepreneurs about social responsibility is defined. The prevalence of specific activities of corporate social responsibility in the business community and the level of organizational and informational support of social responsibility are investigated. Reasons and potential benefits of responsible conduct are described from the regional business community’s point of view. The problems and obstacles to the implementation of the responsible approach to business are found out. The priority directions of regional policy support of corporate social responsibility of Lviv region are defined.
