Results of the study of mobility in the labor market in the context of transformation of social and economic situation in Ukraine are outlined. The features of labor resources mobility by the types of activity in terms of national economy recession are considered. Regional characteristics of financial crisis influence on the exploitation of labor potential are analyzed. Main tendencies of labor mobility are determined; the effects of recession at national labor market are characterized. The ways of employment problems solution in terms of labor force mobility activation at the labor market are outlined; the basic tasks of legislative maintenance improvement in the sphere of social labor relations are formulated.
