The essence of basic conceptual approaches to subjects management system forming expenses, on the basic of costs forming factors and costs optimizing concepts, functional management, alternative costs, added economic value maximization, value forming chain, strategy positioning and life cycle of produce (project, enterprise); their implementation peculiarities for strategic and current enterprises’ costs management have been elucidated.
