Organization of internal audit of the National Bank of Ukraine has been actualized on the basis of estimation of risks. Essence and classification have been determined according to the types of activity of the National Bank of Ukraine. A role and features of organization of internal audit of structural subdivisions of central bank have been grounded on the basis of estimation of risks, the criteria of estimation of the level of risks, inherent in subdivisions of the National Bank of Ukraine, and also estimation of quality of management system by these risks have been determined.
