The theoretical-practical aspects of determination of bank risks have been considered in the context of adaptation of bank laws of Ukraine concerning the requirements of the Basel committee on a bank supervision. Important attention is paid to control systems by risks in the banks of Ukraine and problems of perfection of the existing banking systems of risk management in the direction of introduction of principles of the New agreement on the adjusting of bank capital of Basel committee of the bank supervision (Basel-II).
