The necessity of creation of national marketing strategy of development of foreign tourism has been substantiated for the regions of Ukraine and modern development of entrance tourism state has been determined in the country. Basic problems, retentive development of this direction of tourism in the regions of the country, have been analysed in detail, a special attention is paid to such problem questions, as insufficient development of material and technical, transport and informative infrastructure of domestic tourist business. On the basis of the conducted analysis the alternative variant of marketing strategy of development of foreign tourism has been offered in the regions of Ukraine with the simultaneous account of experience of organization of tourist activity abroad. Also a special attention is paid to foreign experience and practice of stimulation of foreign tourism in the ХХІ century.
