Resume

The basic factors of competitiveness of establishments of high education have been investigated in the estimation of customers. The loop of quality in the system of management of quality of educational-scientific establishment has been considered. Consumer motivations have been analysed in the market of students and university entrants of Lviv, and also employment of graduating students opportunities have been elucidated.
