The necessity of government regulation mechanism of industrial enterprises external economic activity has been substantiated. The mechanism’s aim, goals, tasks and principles of functioning have been determined. Main elements of the mechanism and type of their influence onto the external economic activity of industrial enterprises has been characterized.
