Within the framework of research of the electricity market conjuncture the electricity price dynamics in the areas of the Western region has been analyzed. The analysis of wholesale prices (costs of purchase of electric power by distribution companies in the Wholesale market of electric energy of Ukraine), and also retail tariffs and methods of their forming has been carried out. In relation to expansion of application of retail tariffs for the electricity consumption management suggestions have been given. This is important especially for the diminishing of deficit of the maneuvering powers in energetics. Such methods of the analysis of the conjuncture, as a method of quantitative comparisons, a method of dynamics rows analysis and a visual graphic method have been used in the research.
