Methodology of design and regulation of bussiness-processes of enterprises based on fuzzy logic methods and theory of fuzzy sets for the automated management of charge forming processes in oil and gas industriy has been offered. Exampees of fuzzy logic methods use for the decision of planning tasks have been considered. The method of fuzzy operative evaluation of oil and gas well-drilling charges is offered.
