Its have been studied long-term strategies of development of range of the regions which are located in different nature climatic areas, have different industrial, labour and financial potentials, different natural resources, own a different transport infrastructure and have other differences. It has been proved that the requirement of the associativity of scenarios of development of different industries of regional and national economy is not realized, and as well as before these scenarios exist each in itself. None of the investigational regions put in their strategies the tasks in relation to the forming of optimum (rational) branch and production structure of economy of the region.
