Theoretical aspects and the main vectors of investment activity in Ukraine have been analyzed, also problems and instruments of investment activity strengthening with the purpose of foreign capital attraction effectiveness into Ukrainian economy have been determined. Advantages of direct foreign investments have been determined. Influence of the foreign capital on economic development of Ukraine has been analyzed. For the influence estimation the complex of characteristics and indicators has been offered. Priority regions concerning attraction of foreign investments into Ukraine have been determined.
