The features of finance and credit mechanism in Ukraine have been considered. Considerable attention is paid to the role of innovative finance and credit establishments in innovative development of economy. The processes of functioning of state innovative finance and credit establishments and joint investing institutes are analyzed. Expedience of collaboration of innovative finance and credit establishments with financial and industrial groups is grounded. Concrete measures and instruments are offered for the improvement of functioning of innovative finance and credit establishments in Ukraine.
