The essence of the concept «the system of transfer maintenance of the development of machine-building enterprise’s innovative activity» is examined, its functions (informative and communication function, function of concordance of interests of transfer relations parties, function of the rational use of innovative potential of transfer relations parties and logistic function) are outlined. The features of evaluation of the system in the cut of indicators are provided on the basis of financial stability and investment profitability indices, aimed at the development of innovative activity. The research is focused on the development of theoretical basis and methodical and applied recommendations over the forming and implementation of transfer potential of machine-building enterprises’ innovative development.
