The problems of depreciation policy in Ukraine and its role in forming of investment potential of enterprises and creation of financial basis for the update of capital assets are analyzed. The complex model of reformation of public depreciation policy, aimed at the activation of state investment potential on the basis of implementation of the proper regulating measures, is offered. Considerable attention is paid to the issues of strengthening of depreciation policy role in the processes of development of financial and credit relations on the basis of separate storage of the facilities of current and strategic use, and also to the forming of the special sector of fund market – the market of depreciation fund facilities that enables the activation of investment processes in the country.
