Ukraine has fallen into the group of economically backward states of the world. However using the existent technological potential it is possible to carry out an innovative „breakthrough” in many directions. Although it is hard to attain the necessary effect in terms of absence of the motivated public policy over allocation of innovative resources, adjusting of innovative development and determination of development strategy. Creative possibilities of Ukraine are studied in current conditions.
