Modern views on factors of economic growth are analyzed. The importance of investment maintenance of economy intellectualization as the factor of economic growth is substantiated. Based on research of world experience, the directions of development of investment maintenance of intellectualization in Ukraine, in particular creation of intellectual clusters and Economy Intellectualization Development Fund are outlined.
