The method of regional structuring of administrative-territorial system of Ukraine with account of main socio-economic indicators of territories has been proposed. The model is developed on the basis of theory of coalition games in form of characteristic function and fuzzy sets. Linguistic variables are proposed to be applied to enable the use of different types of information. Optimal structuring is defined by the core of an fuzzy coalition game. The model provides allocation of economic areas, which will constitute approximately equivalent members of the national economic space and will meet the standards of NUTS I «Nomenclature of Territorial Units for Statistics» used in Europe.
