Resume

The regional competitiveness estimation in Ukraine on the basis of resultative approach is conducted, the gross regional product per capita is used as an integrated parameter. The determined factorial analysis has shown that the changes in regional competitiveness are basically caused by the changes in labor productivity. The analysis of regional competitiveness dynamics has proven the essential growth of the amount of depressed regions. The hypothesis of the existence of proportional dependence between competitiveness and investment attractiveness of regions is confirmed.
