The fact that public policy in the sphere of health protection must guarantee providing citizens with the necessary level of curatively-diagnostic prophylactic and rehabilitation assistance on the basis of economically justified combination of budgetary, insurance and other types of funding is proven. It is proposed to create in the process of reformation of health protection sphere in Ukraine such national system of medicine, the infrastructure of which could answer the requirements of citizens over high-quality medicare of corresponding levels and in financing by means of social medical security funds.
