Main approaches to implementation of coaching at the enterprises are outlined. Coaching represents one of the new styles of management. It is a tool for development and use of employee’s potential. Therefore, the process of coaching at the enterprises is analyzed and extended based on the improvement of its implementation model. Main attention is paid to six stages of the model. Recommendations and propositions of the typical project of coaching implementation are given.
