The comparative evaluation of the structure of payment cards emission and infrastructural equipment (a total number of ATMs and terminals) in Ukrainian regions on the average for the period of 2008-2010 is presented. That provided for identifying the regional disproportions in the development of payment cards business. Additional need for infrastructural equipment for those Ukrainian regions where the emitive cards quantity dynamics goes before the change of ATMs and terminals number is calculated.
