Resume

The types of business processes in transit activities and their composition were determined and the forming chain of transit service value was presented. The imitation model and conceptual scheme of business process «Creation of transit service» managing was offered. The technology essence of transit service creation based on the process approach was substantiated; the control parameters of entry and exit for every subprocess were marked out.
