The narrow conception of the existing humanitarian policy and its inability to protect the national identity of Ukrainians in the conditions of the increase of globalization threats of its informational space elimination and strengthening of the pathogenic influence of neo-imperialism on the spheres of national education, science, economy and culture is analyzed. In this context the necessity of the wide implementation of new socio-humanistic existence paradigm is stressed with the binary protection of both a man and a nation at every stage of their revival, forming of their own spiritual-intellectual potential and urgency of its appropriate estimation in the system of social, economic, scientific, technical, spiritual, cultural, ecological and other development as an obligatory spiritual and moral imperative.
