Resume

The main approaches to determination of regional price differentiation are analyzed, an own explanation of this term and its classification is offered. The main factors that cause emergence of regional price differentiation in Ukraine are investigated. The levels of regional differentiation of some economic indicators are calculated. The main spheres of regulating of price differentiation between regions of the state are outlined.
