Resume

The essence of concepts «bank with foreign capital» and «foreign bank» is exposed. The participation of foreign capital in the domestic banking system and the activity of banks with foreign capital in terms of financial instability are analyzed. The influence of foreign capital on the banking system of Ukraine and the domestic economy is considered.
