Resume

The nature and dynamics of structural transformations in the economy of Vinnytsya region are examined. It is shown that structural deformations are one of the main factors of economic development restrain in the region. Overcoming of structural imbalances requires directing of investment flows into the highly technological economy spheres and creating of favorable institutional environment.
