Resume

The main features of ecological-economic conflicts are characterized, in particular in the analysis of the gradation of ecosystems’ states the attention is accented on how to determine the threshold conditions for the identification of conflicts. The situation of technogenic and natural security of Sumy region is described. The prognostic assessment of natural resources conflicts is performed in the regional economic system on the example of a territorial unit based on the security factor.
