In the current context of the pace and sustainability of economic growth depends on the extent and quality of investment and innovation, structural and technological change through innovation. Therefore, among the issues addressed contemporary economic thinking, problem management and innovative investment process belongs to priority. Attention is paid to the main sign of regional development, which should focus on strengthening investment and innovation processes. Therefore, special attention should study the essence of innovation investment in the regional economy.
