Resume

Features of formation of housing policy in Ukraine are shown. Influence of housing stock on attractiveness of dwelling place on the defined territory as one of the aspects of regional competitiveness is researched. Possibility of participation in the program of the reducing price mortgage for low-paid categories of the population is analyzed. Offers proposals concerning analog of mortgage lending for rural population are developed. Necessity of researching other aspects making the region attractive for accommodation is emphasized.
